1. Easy Glide Incline / Decline Bench
A heavy duty bench gliding on hardened Teflon rollers guarantees symmetrical positioning (left/right) for the arms or legs depending on the exercise. It also eliminates the task of repeatedly standing, moving and sitting again to get proper bench placement. Instead, you simply glide the bench forward/back with your legs to the desired position and from the lying position; lock the bench into place with the twist of a lever.

2. High Capacity Seated Leg Press (up to 660 LBS)
All other machines in this category forgo this exercise due to cost and design limitations. With the ability to change the position (high or low) of the diamond plate foot-holds, the upper or lower quadriceps can be targeted.

3. Vertical Leg Press
Purchased separately this would cost between $300 and $800. No other competing machine offers this option. On the Titan it comes as standard equipment. This is a great exercise for toning the glutes, quadriceps and hamstrings!

4. Assisted Pull-ups
This exercise is very popular in the commercial gym but not found on any competing machine. This vastly improves the Titan’s appeal to families with women and young adults where a lifting assist will help maintain proper form and isolate the desired muscles. Without this feature a beginning lifter may struggle to perform any pull-ups at all.

5. Assisted Dips
Popular in the gym but not offered by the competition.

6. Dynamic counter-balance system
Allows resistance to be reduced down to as low as 1 pound. No other machine allows for adjustments in counter balance weight. Very few (mostly Commercial machines) offer any sort of counter balancing at all. This adjustability broadens the appeal to women and young adults thus making this a machine the whole family can enjoy.

7. Variable Adjustability
Allows for dozens of exercises to be tailored to the lifter by changing the position of foot-holds, handles, etc. (placing them high, low, wide, or narrow depending on the preference of the lifter). This flexibility is simply not available to users of other similar machines, yet is essential to get the correct distance and range of motion for a given exercise.

8. High Quality Accessories / Attachments
All the Titan’s attachments are forged out of solid steel unlike the hollowed out counterparts found on other machines.

9. Comfort-Pad Shoulder supports
The Titan comes standard with padded shoulder supports which cannot be found on any competing machine due to design restrictions. This design takes pressure off the neck muscles just behind the rear neck reducing the possibility of strain or injury. Of course standard Barbell squats/lunges can still be performed at the rear of Titan.

10. "Quick change" patent pending locking system
A simple, yet effective design that allows the user to quickly transition from one exercise to the next, thus reducing time required to complete a given workout. Once locked into place the handle, foot support, cable, etc is there to stay ensuring safety and reliable operation.

11. Over 90 Exercises
The competition offers between 15 and 40 exercises. The Titan offers over 90! The Titan was designed to re-create the commercial gym experience in the comfort of ones own home. Its versatility makes it a long-term investment that will cover all the bases for many years to come. Furthermore, the majority of future options being designed will be backward compatible, bolting directly to the machine or fitting into existing slots, etc; a strong selling point for the customer wanting the latest machine without fear of missing a future upgrade. Other manufacturers seem content with status quo and little innovation.

12. Smith-Hybrid technology
Utilizes a patent pending carriage system with open space in the middle rather than a straight bar closing the center position, making possible many exercises where the users can literally pull the range of motion all the way through the body. The competitors are all limited by the standard Olympic bar (attached to guide rods) that interferes with range of motion on many of their exercises. Furthermore the Titan’s design allows easier access to the inside of the machine without having to duck under or slide the Olympic bar out of the way (usually after removing the weight plates), which is the norm on similar machines.

13. Preacher curl machine and Ab machine
These exercises are normally only found in the commercial gym. The Titan has an innovative design that provides resistance to these exercises through the entire range of motion making it superior to free weights. Note: The Titan comes standard with the free weight version of the Preacher Curl.

14. Heaviest Duty Construction
With 11 gauge steel construction the Titan has over 600 lbs. capacity on the carriage system, and 800 lbs for the free-weight catches and safety spotters. This makes the Titan stronger than any machine in its class. With front and back entry points, the Titan is also capable of accommodating more than one user at a time.

15. "Inversion" Exercise
A location on the Titan for inversion type exercises (inversion boots sold separately) with a special “dismount” handle configuration not found on any competing machine. Also the suspended Olympic bar is locked into place to ensure safe operation. “Inversion exercises” are an excellent way to decompress the spine and allow strengthening of the abdominals and obliques without any pressure or strain on the lower back.

16. Fitness Ball Function
An area on the machine to anchor the feet/legs for those who have the now popular fitness balls (A.K.A. Swiss Balls- also sold separately). Although a small and simple design feature, this will expand the possibilities to those who own fitness balls but can never find a place to anchor their feet for exercises such as the hyperextension and adapted sit-ups. Small attention to these sorts of un-addressed needs are what the Titan is all about.

17. Dumbbell Spotters
Used in conjunction with the sliding bench, this is an effective way to access heavier dumbbells without putting the shoulders at risk of injury. Also, unless going to complete failure, this mechanism prevents the dropping of dumbbells and potential for injury or damage to equipment commonly witnessed where there is not a spotter to take possession of the dumbbells at the end of a lift.

18. Quality Padded Leg Supports
Leg hold-downs that are attached to the bench (the bench is anchored to the machine) enabling lat pulldowns of heavier weights without fear of the lifter and the bench coming off the ground.
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
19. High Quality Thigh and Hamstring Developer
A variable geometry leg extension/ leg curl option that allows resistance throughout the full range of motion, unlike cheaper designs commonly found on the competition, where very little resistance is felt for the first 35 degrees of leg travel.
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
20. Accessory Rack
A handy place to store most attachments, the Accessory Rack is included as standard equipment with every machine. Commonly other manufactures sell this separately for additional money. Also included as standard are; Lat Pulldown bar, Straight bar for cable, cable clips, cable extensions, safety spotters and weight plate posts.

21. Stainless Steel Weight Posts & Exercise Handles
Most other machines use a chrome plated finish that is susceptible to chipping and breakdown over time. The Titan uses stainless steel that is much stronger and more durable.
