1. How and where can I purchase a Titan?
The Titan can purchased online through various online retail stores, websites and also direct from Fitcore. Only authorized dealers who meet the highest customer service and quality control standards established for online sales are allowed to carry the any Fitcore products.

2. Where can I see a Titan and try it out?
Due to high demand and limited quantities, the Titan is primarily being sold online at this time. Expect Titans to start showing up in specialty fitness retail stores toward the end of 2006. Sometimes we can also find a willing Titan owner in your area who is more than happy to showcase his/her machine. This of course is on a case by case basis.

3. What forms of payment do you accept?
Fitcore accepts all major credit cards, money orders, cash, check, and e-check. Orders paid by check require three additional days to process. The majority of online retail stores will accept the same payment listed above.

4. Do you offer a payment plan?
Fitcore does not offer a payment plan from the factory at this time although we can put you in touch with some of our affiliates that do offer a payment plan. Please call us and we will help you figure out a financial arrangement that will work for you

5. What kind of warranties do your products come with?
Our warranties are typically best in class or very competitive. Please click on the warranties tab under each product to see specifically what is covered and the duration it is covered for.

6.I am interested in ordering one of your products and see it is backordered. Is there a waiting list?
Yes, we have waiting lists and customers are offered backordered products in the order they are recorded on the waiting list. Although we try to keep all products in stock some of our products can generate high demands on production and are difficult to keep fully stocked. We sincerely apologize if you are required to wait but will do everything in our power to service your needs as quickly as possible.
