We have attached pictures.  We can not express how pleased we are.  We just love this machine!!  My parents both use it and so do all of our friends.  We are very happy customers.

I attended to Mr. Howard's home today, and I must tell you a few things. He was very accommodating, he was friendly and open to allowing me into his home to check out the Titan, test it, and ask questions. I personally thanked him for welcoming me into his home.. He was a great person.

Now... about the Titan T1 and options.. I have to say after seeing the pictures, videos and information on the internet I was very skeptical... the price is fair and it has so many exercises.. well after seeing it, and using it... I have to tell you it has far, far exceeded my expectations... it is the ultimate.. it is gym quality... it is smooth, and is compact all in one.. you have made my mind up.. I must have one! NOW the problem is.. I currently do not have the room for it, as my wife and I live in a one bedroom apartment, so I do not think I can get it for approx. 1 year...... :( I have some concerns however.... within that 1 year are you expecting to raise the price? Change the product? That is my main concerns... I am sold on the unit.. don't get me wrong I just can’t get it right now... Are there any more options planned? Let me know, I will have to drool over this until we move!! Please add me to any emailing lists. or mailing lists...

You guys have been terrific. I've been very impressed with the great customer service. It's very rare to receive this level of service from a company anymore. In fact I don't recall getting this kind of service from any company, ever!

I really like the machine. It's well built & well thought out. It's amazing to me that they're able to fit all of those exercises into one machine in a fairly compact space. It really is almost a complete gym full of equipment all in one. I consider it to have 4 styles of equipment in one package; free weight rack, Smith machine, counter balance system to use in conjunction w/the Smith (which is unique), & the pulley system. Not to mention the counter balance system acting as an independent pulley machine with option F on the back.

I figured the dumbbell spotters could handle quite a bit of weight. I wouldn't go past 130 lbs. dumbbells tops. It's going to be a while before I even reach that level.  I left off at 110 lbs. dumbbells when I dropped my membership at Gold's 2 years ago. Going to the gym was great but it was a 50 mile round trip drive for me and I did that every other day for years. I finally couldn't stand it. I've definitely gotten out of shape in the past 2 years. Recently, I decided that I'm not getting any younger & figured I better get back in shape while I still can. Besides I'm tired of hearing from my buddy I used to work out with how much he is lifting now, about his six-pack abs, or his low BF %, etc....

If you would like to post some of my pics on your website please feel free. I wish they were better quality. The lighting is bad during the day with the sun shining in. It is even worse at night because there isn't enough light at one end of the garage. The other issue is that the garage is too small to get far enough away to get a good angle of the entire machine.  Ideally, I'd have a home gym the size of my current house next to my 20,000 sq. ft. mansion.  :-)  Now I just need quite a few million & I can make it a reality.

I should be all set for now. I'll check back with you guys near the end of July regarding the dumbbell spotters. That is if I don't hear from you first.

I received my Titan last Thursday.  Thanks for getting that out so quick.  The pallet was bigger than I had expected.  Upon seeing the size of the box, I began to wonder what I had gotten myself into.  It took three guys to unload it from the truck.  It took me about an hour to unpack the box and carry all the parts into the house (an awesome workout in itself).  Immediately though, I was impressed.  Everything is top notch.  From the initial contact with you, to the pallet, to the packing, to the wrapping of each part (with ample amounts of plastic wrap), to the overall engineering of this fabulous product.  All top notch.  I can honestly say that I am thoroughly impressed.  A rarity.

The assembly was very easy.  I had the machine nearly fully assembled in about five hours.  The assembly manual was very easy to follow.

The performance of this machine is second to none among those that I have used.  Extremely smooth operation.  Exercise transitions are a snap.  I do a lot of supersets and giant sets, and quick transitions are a must. The Titan is also extremely solid.  Like a rock. It feels as though this machine was custom made for me.  It can be configured to fit me perfectly, allowing me to perform exercises with greater comfort, support and safety.

I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with you and the Titan.
