  Seated Low Cable Fly – Targets the pectoralis major, clavicular (upper chest) and anterior deltoid (front shoulder).
  Cable Front Raise -  Targets the anterior deltoids (front shoulder).

Perform flat or incline cable press, cable shoulder press, lateral shoulder raises, overhead tricep extensions, cable curls, reverse flies, upright rows, standing cable twists, and more. Crossover cables (option A) are required to use option A1.
